Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our ESG strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and promoting sustainability throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our ESG strategy, including the creation of our annual sustainability report, in line with international standards and our company's sustainability goals.
  • Design and maintain our website's sustainability content, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Support the successful implementation of our cross-functional ESG sustainability program by providing expertise and making recommendations on potential areas of focus.
  • Represent the sustainability team and its topics in relevant internal forums.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance/financial sector.
  • You have experience in creating sustainability reports.
  • You possess excellent German language skills (C2) and fluent English language skills (C1).
  • You are an initiator, develop tailored solutions, and are characterized by a careful approach combined with a scientific mindset.
