About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Consultant - Compliance & Certification to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our External Certifications & Audits team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and certification of our solutions with external audits and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and large-scale onboarding projects to prepare SAP solutions for new external audits and certifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive onboarding projects and process/tool optimization.
  • Partner with auditors, development, and operations teams to leverage extensive knowledge in compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding projects, including project assignments, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Provide guidance to project consultants on onboarding processes and procedures.
  • Collect and report key metrics from multiple stakeholders and assist in developing and reporting key audit dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by initiating and leading retrospectives and converting proven best practices into sustainable standards.
  • Coach project managers with less experience and share knowledge, expertise, and best practices in coaching situations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/Cloud auditing and controls (e.g., C5, SOC 1 & SOC 2, ISO Standards, NIST, etc).
  • Project management experience and ability to successfully manage projects end-to-end.
  • 7+ years of relevant working experience.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English language, highly developed interpersonal skills, and strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a diverse team.
  • Team player with strong service attitude, agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
