About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to deliver technical and safety training programs to our technicians, employees, customers, and subcontractors. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and creating training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, theoretical and practical exercises, and providing new and existing service technicians with the necessary training to perform their jobs professionally and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical and safety training programs for various target groups
  • Develop and implement training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and practical exercises
  • Provide training to new and existing service technicians
  • Maintain training equipment and ensure its quality and consistency
  • Enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
  • Mentor other instructors in subject matter content and course delivery techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent attainment in Electric or Electronics
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, ideally in the wind energy industry
  • Experience in conducting technical training with a focus on safety
  • Fluent in English, German desirable
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Driver's license class B
