Technical Trainer

At Vestas, we are seeking a skilled Technical Instructor to join our team and contribute to the development of our employees' skills and talents.

The Technical and Safety Training Department delivers safety and technical trainings for technicians in the Vestas Service organization, customers, and subcontractors.

As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and creating training materials and providing new and existing Service Technicians with the necessary training to enable them to conduct their job professionally and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct Technical and Safety training programs
• Develop and implement Technical and Safety trainings for different target groups
• Take part in delegated projects/tasks
• Maintenance of training equipment
• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
• Mentor other instructors in the subject matter content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent attainment in Electric or Electronics
• 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position, ideally, experience from the wind energy industry
• Experience in conducting technical training with focus on safety
• Fluent in English, German desirable
• Good MS Office skills
• Driver's license class B
