Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Business Continuity Management für unseren Standort in Deutschland.

Als Head of Business Continuity Management bist du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres Business Continuity Management Systems. Du steuerst den BCM-Zyklus, unterstützt die Teams bei der Erstellung von Business Impact- oder Risikoanalysen und agierst als Vermittler zwischen Team und IT.

Aufgaben

  • Entwickle und implementiere ein umfassendes Business Continuity Management System
  • Steuerst den BCM-Zyklus und sicherst die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützt die Teams bei der Erstellung von Business Impact- oder Risikoanalysen
  • Agierst als Vermittler zwischen Team und IT
  • Bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen für die BCM-Gremien vor
  • Schulst und sensibilisierst alle Mitarbeitenden für das Thema BCM
  • Unterstützt bei der Anforderungsanalyse an das BCM
  • Führst BCM-Prüfungen durch

Voraussetzungen

  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der konzeptionellen und operativen Arbeit in einem BCMS
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Anforderungen an ein BCM bzw. der Best-Practises
  • Sehr gute Prozessanalysefähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes IT-Wissen
  • Belastbarkeit und Strukturiertheit in Krisensituationen
  • Präsentationssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
