Toll Collect GmbH, a leading service provider, manages an efficient truck toll system across German federal highways. The revenue generated from tolls is vital for the upkeep and enhancement of the transportation infrastructure, ensuring the seamless movement of individuals and goods throughout Europe.
We are seeking to enhance our Control department located in Berlin with a dedicated:
Administrative Law Consultant (m/f/d)Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative law processes and litigation associated with toll collection, including the drafting of legal documents and pleadings.
- Engage in regular collaboration with colleagues from the Federal Office for Mobility and Logistics (BALM) and the Legal Department at Toll Collect GmbH.
- Oversee correspondence with legal representatives and BALM, ensuring compliance with legal timelines.
- Act as a representative for Toll Collect in judicial proceedings concerning toll collection disputes.
- Analyze and resolve legal challenges that arise during toll enforcement operations.
- Assist in the evaluation of toll enforcement cases and facilitate subsequent toll collection actions.
- Remain informed about pertinent legal developments and actively contribute to the implementation of necessary adjustments.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Administrative Law or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in handling intricate administrative law issues.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient negotiator with confidence.
- Organized and dependable work approach.
- Enjoyment in collaborating within interdisciplinary teams and fostering professional networks.
