HR Absence Management Specialist

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled HR Absence Manager to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our Payroll team, you will be responsible for managing employee absences and providing timely support to our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control employee absences in our internal HR systems, ATOSS and SAP Success Factors.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to the Payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
  • Develop and maintain absence-related reports and analytics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and management regarding absence-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure seamless absence management.
  • Retrieve electronic work certificates from the DATEV system.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial experience in absence management.
  • Familiarity with ATOSS, SAP SF, and/or DATEV systems is desirable.
  • Reliable, structured, and trustworthy work style.
  • Hands-on approach and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
