Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Trina Solar EU MU. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the monthly payroll process across all European entities, implementing global HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with country-specific legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payrolls for all European entities.
  • HR Initiatives: Support the implementation of global HR initiatives across Europe, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Employment Contracts: Prepare and manage employment contracts and amendments in accordance with country-specific legislation.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and introduction process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Document Management: Ensure internal documents and policies are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • HR Administration: Provide support to the HR Administration team as needed, including onboarding and offboarding processes, reference letters, and work permits.
  • Absence Tracking: Assist in the management of absence tracking and time registration systems.
  • HR Budget: Support the preparation of the monthly HR budget.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Manage ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment.
  • Skills: Solid experience in payroll and internal staffing, knowledge of German and/or European labor regulations and social security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and under tight deadlines.
