About the Role
ZIEHL-ABEGG SE, a leading high-tech company, is seeking a highly skilled Lean Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Lean systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead and facilitate optimization projects in collaboration with departmental leaders
- Design and implement digital solutions to enhance Lean methodologies and tools
- Plan, calculate, and introduce new workflows into production
- Organize and conduct workshops to promote Lean principles and best practices
- Coach senior leaders and employees on Lean implementation and adoption
- Implement ZAP projects using Lean methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering and Logistics or equivalent
- First-hand experience in process optimization, Lean consulting, or project management is desirable
- Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies is an asset
- Self-motivation and autonomous decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel moderately
- Excellent German and English language skills
