About the Role

ZIEHL-ABEGG SE, a leading high-tech company, is seeking a highly skilled Lean Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Lean systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and facilitate optimization projects in collaboration with departmental leaders
  • Design and implement digital solutions to enhance Lean methodologies and tools
  • Plan, calculate, and introduce new workflows into production
  • Organize and conduct workshops to promote Lean principles and best practices
  • Coach senior leaders and employees on Lean implementation and adoption
  • Implement ZAP projects using Lean methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering and Logistics or equivalent
  • First-hand experience in process optimization, Lean consulting, or project management is desirable
  • Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies is an asset
  • Self-motivation and autonomous decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel moderately
  • Excellent German and English language skills
