WLC Würth-Logistik GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for the successful management and coordination of a team of up to 20 employees within our logistics department. Your key focus will be on ensuring efficient operations, optimizing workflows, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations within the overall business framework.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
