IT Administrator

Upfield, the largest plant-based consumer product company in the world, is seeking an IT Administrator to join their dynamic team. As the central contact person for all matters relating to hardware and software systems, you will support the on-site team with your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- System Management: Review, evaluate, install, and configure hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computers, network systems, and server equipment to prevent downtime and ensure data availability.
- SAP Coordination: Analyze and manage SAP interfaces to streamline business processes.
- System Updates: Handle system updates, data backups, and regular maintenance to ensure system stability.
- User Management: Apply for user accounts and authorizations to ensure secure access to company systems.
- Problem Solving: Consolidate and analyze end-user issues to provide effective solutions.
- Service Tickets: Create IT service tickets and inquiries to the service desk or Upfield IT to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- External Coordination: Commission and instruct external companies and suppliers to ensure seamless integration with company systems.
- Education: Completed training or comparable studies in IT.
- Experience: Several years as an IT administrator, preferably in a production environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems and their interactions. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Service Center Experience: Initial experience with shared service centers is beneficial.
- Languages: Good written and spoken German and English.
- Personal Traits: Open-minded, service-oriented, independent worker with a willingness to learn. High commitment, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
