IT Infrastructure Specialist

Flora, the largest plant-based consumer product company in the world, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their dynamic team. This unique opportunity allows you to grow your career in an IT Administrator role, supporting the company's hardware and software systems.
About the Position:
Key Responsibilities:- System Management: Review, evaluate, install, and configure hardware and software systems.
- Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computers, network systems, and server equipment.
- SAP Coordination: Analyze and manage SAP interfaces.
- System Updates: Handle system updates, data availability, and regular backups.
- User Management: Apply for user accounts and authorizations.
- Problem Solving: Consolidate and analyze end-user issues.
- Service Tickets: Create IT service tickets and inquiries to the service desk or Flora IT.
- External Coordination: Commission and instruct external companies and suppliers.
Requirements
- Education: Completed training or comparable studies in IT.
- Experience: Several years as an IT administrator, preferably in a production environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems and their interactions. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Service Center Experience: Initial experience with shared service centers is beneficial.
- Languages: Good written and spoken German and English.
- Personal Traits: Open-minded, service-oriented, independent worker with a willingness to learn. High commitment, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
