Deine Aufgaben
  • Du leitest ein Team von vier Kolleg:innen und förderst deren Entwicklung, um Effizienz und Qualität in der Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten.
  • Du überwachst die Rentabilität des Portfolios durch die Kontrolle der Neugeschäftspreisgestaltung, des Portfoliomanagements und der Risikoauswahl.
  • Du unterstützt das Compliance- und Risikomanagement bei der Überwachung verschiedener Risiken.
  • Du führst Neubewertungen bestehender Geschäfte bei Verlängerungen und Neuverhandlungen durch, gemäß den Underwriting-Richtlinien und Unternehmenszielen.
  • Du erstellst Vorschläge, die mit den Rentabilitätszielen und der Vertriebsstrategie der Gruppe übereinstimmen.
  • Du bereitest Dokumentationen für das Kunden- und Schadenscontrolling vor, um den Entscheidungsprozess für Management- und Vertriebsverhandlungen zu unterstützen.
  • Du überwachst die Schadensentwicklung und entwickelst Methoden sowie Berichte zur Verbesserung der Schadensleistung.
  • Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei Kundenbesprechungen und Verhandlungen über neue und bestehende Geschäfte.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Marktdynamik und Marktzyklen, um die Geschäftsleistung zu fördern und zu verbessern.
Deine Fähigkeiten
  • Du hast einen Bachelor- und/oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Statistik, Mathematik, Rechtswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du bringst umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungs- oder Finanzbranche mit und bist ein erfahrener Personalmanager.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zum Umgang mit Zahlen und relevanten IT-Tools.
  • Du kannst rechtliche Dokumente wie Versicherungsbedingungen und Vertragstexte verstehen und verfassen.
  • Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer, der sicher mit Führungskräften auf hoher Ebene interagiert.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und hast gute Kenntnisse in Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
