About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property & Casualty Global Services to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our Property & Casualty Global Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department manager and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate daily tasks and projects for the department manager and team members
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and follow up on business trips, including travel expense reports
  • Organize and prepare meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Perform classic secretarial tasks, such as material procurement, mail processing, and invoice processing
Requirements
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an administrative or secretarial role in an international company
  • Commercial training or similar qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and English language skills, combined with strong communication skills
  • Planning and organizational talent, affinity for numbers, and a high level of service orientation
