We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Working Student to join our Travel and Expense Support team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for students specializing in Tourism Management, Finance, or Business Administration to gain practical experience in an international business travel environment.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Provide support in handling international travel and expense-related requests, especially those involving SAP Concur.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses to travel inquiries.
- Assist with various tasks related to travel and expense management, ensuring smooth communication between our company and external service providers.
- Serve as a liaison between our team and our global Exyte employees, ensuring efficient resolution of travel-related issues.
- Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive and professional support.
Show your expertise
- Education: Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Tourism Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Language: Good English is a must, and German is desirable.
- Skills: Quick comprehension and adaptability to new tools and processes. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability. Excellent customer orientation with an open and communicative personality. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. Experience with SAP Concur is a plus.
