Job Title: Site Quality Control Leader

As a Site Quality Control Leader at Momentive, you will be responsible for leading the quality control team at our Leverkusen site. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of our products and processes, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of quality control professionals
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Manage quality control budgets and resources
  • Develop and maintain quality control metrics and reporting
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of raw materials and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Experience with SAP QM and SAP-Stammdaten
  • Fluent in English and German
