Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Online Marketing Intern to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for Zipjet in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with our CRM Manager to create content for French customers and learn how to work with CRM tools to schedule campaigns
  • Support our SEA team in creating and optimizing content for our website and social media channels
  • Assist in managing our social media presence on Facebook and Twitter for France
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to external marketing requests for the French market

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a business-related university program (e.g. media, marketing, economics, or communication science)
  • Previous experience in marketing is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a hands-on mentality are essential
  • Data-driven and self-confident with excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent in French (native level) with good writing skills
  • Fluent in English and basic German skills are a plus
