About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Quality Governance Specialist to join our Software organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for bridging the gap between central Quality Governance functions and our agile development teams. You'll work closely with our Quality Control and Release Management department to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess quality-related pain points with agile teams and develop solutions to address them
  • Represent the team in quality governance-related meetings and forums
  • Drive the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate quality checkpoint meetings to ensure readiness
  • Act as a quality coach for development teams and explore improvement opportunities
  • Foster a quality culture and mindset within the team
  • Promote best practices for built-in quality
Requirements
  • Academic degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Substantial experience in software quality governance, preferably in an industrial software development organization
  • Experience with agile software development practices and Continuous Delivery methodology
  • Strong communication and people skills, with a proven track record in coaching or leading distributed teams
  • Excellent English verbal and written language skills
