Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Architect to join our team at Optimus Search. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex embedded systems and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of embedded systems from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems development
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills
