Job Description

With a global team of 110 employees across four locations, they operate as a cohesive unit. As a Field Service Engineer in the Cologne area, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out commissioning, maintenance, and modernization projects to ensure seamless operations.
  • Independently perform maintenance work and repairs, analyzing causes of malfunctions to prevent future issues.
  • Execute and oversee agreed-upon services outlined in service orders, contributing to development projects at the Pulheim branch near Cologne.
  • Document all tasks completed, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Primarily conduct on-site work at customer locations, utilizing the company car allocated for these tasks.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably with a state-certified technician or higher qualification.
  • Possession of a class 3/B driving license; class 2/C is advantageous.
  • Confident and customer-oriented approach when dealing with customers, with proficiency in spoken and written German and good English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a willingness to travel.
