Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Specialist / Electronics Technician / Street Lighting Maintenance Technician to join our team at SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa GmbH. As a key member of our CityNetworks & Grids department, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining street lighting systems for energy supply companies, municipalities, and industrial enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain street lighting systems, including the installation of luminaires and poles, and the replacement of electrical equipment.
  • Perform electrical work, including the installation of electrical connections and the testing of electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on street lighting systems, including the replacement of faulty components and the adjustment of lighting levels.
  • Work with our team to ensure that all electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
  • Participate in our emergency response team to ensure that street lighting systems are restored quickly in the event of an outage.
Requirements
  • Completed electrical or electronics training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong sense of physical fitness and stamina.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
