Cargo Development Manager for Latin America

AVIAREPS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cargo Business Development Manager to lead our team in Latin America. As a key member of our global network, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that drives growth and optimizes account performance for our GSA Cargo portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our cargo portfolio in Latin America
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and optimize account performance
- Implement effective processes to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Provide regular reporting and insights to HQ and the COO Aviation
Requirements:
- Higher university degree or equivalent qualified education
- Minimum 7 years experience in cargo sales and business development in Latin America
- Proven track record of success in new account acquisition and management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel internationally (approx. 15%)
