Deine Aufgaben
  • Die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und den Auf- und Ausbau von langfristigen Beziehungen zu einem strategischen Alliance Partnerunternehmen.
  • Funktions- und themenbasierte kross-funktionale Vernetzung innerhalb der KPMG-Services und Sektoren und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Ideen zur Erweiterung des KPMG-Produktportfolios.
  • Positionierung der KPMG-Kompetenzen und des Leistungsportfolios innerhalb der Vertriebsstruktur beim Alliance Partner und Entwicklung neuer technologischer Solutions und Sales Plays.
  • Umsetzung gemeinsamer Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Themenverantwortlichen (Alliance Business Sponsoren) aus dem Business.
  • Erkennen des Kundenbedarfs und Übertragung / Skalierung entwickelter Use Cases auf andere Kunden bzw. Themengebiete.
  • Target Account Management und Lead Steuerung mit den jeweiligen Lead Partnern bei KPMG.
  • Initiierung von Sales- und Marketing Kampagnen in Kooperation mit dem Alliance Partner und zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Bereichen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Funktionen (bspw. Risk Management, Contract Management, Marketing, etc.), um das Alliance-Geschäft bekannt zu machen und auf eine rechtssichere Basis zu stellen.
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem globalem Alliance Management zur Koordination der Aktivitäten und internationale Skalierung des Geschäfts.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IT oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung sowie tiefgreifendes IT-Verständnis.
  • Sehr gutes Gespür für Innovationen und Trends sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit für neue Technologien, um daraus Geschäftspotenziale abzuleiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kunden- und Geschäftspartnerorientierung, exzellente Gesprächs- und Verhandlungskompetenzen gegenüber Vertretern aus dem Senior Management.
  • Ausgeprägte Networking-Kompetenz – sowohl innerhalb der KPMG als auch beim Alliance Partner bzw. in der Branche/ Spezialgebiet.
  • Präsentationsstärke – auch vor größerem Publikum – und gegenüber Vertretern aus dem Senior Management und Leadership (intern/extern) in Deutsch und Englisch.
