Regional Product Manager for Fruits and Vegetables

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Product Manager to join our team at DöhlerGroup. As a key member of our global product management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our fruit and vegetable product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global go-to-market strategies for our fruit and vegetable products
- Manage the global assortment of our b2b product categories to ensure they are complete, competitive, and profitable
- Analyze key performance indicators and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions
- Collaborate with regional product managers and regional heads to push product categories in destination markets
- Work closely with Application, R&D, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product portfolio meets market needs and trends
- Successful track record as a product manager or related commercial role in the food and beverage industry
- Degree in food technology, general business administration, or a similar qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data pools and draw conclusions
- Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Integrative personality with the ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
