Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Döhler Group. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing product portfolios, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies, including product portfolio management, business development, supply chain management, pricing, innovation, and growth initiatives.
- Lead and develop a global team of product managers.
- Define a sustainable roadmap to drive business growth, aligning with customer requirements and company values.
- Drive innovation projects and pipelines through to commercialization.
- Build strong relationships with product organizations and internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
- Conduct customer visits and presentations in collaboration with Sales, and take on public appearances for the company.
- Communicate portfolio updates to all media, including product portfolio displays within and outside the organization.
- Ensure in-house trainings to foster deep understanding of product portfolio and positioning.
- Successful track record as a product manager in the food and beverages industry, ideally in a B2B business environment.
- Experience in managing and developing people in a matrix organization, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on personality with well-developed negotiation skills, determination, and analytical thinking.
- Strong team player with well-developed interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Fluent German and English skills, with additional languages welcome.
- IT literate, with proficient use of MS Office and SAP experience desirable.
- Flexibility for occasional international travel.
