About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Consultant to join our team at Storm Reply. As a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of cloud-based solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud strategies and migrations for our clients, utilizing your expertise in AWS to drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee the assessment, mobilization, and migration phases of cloud projects, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to modernize their application landscapes, providing expert guidance on cloud adoption and cloud journey planning.
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure, leveraging DevOps principles and tools to ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the cloud migration process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the most effective and efficient cloud solutions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a consultant, with a strong background in cloud computing and AWS.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including AWS Migration Acceleration Program, AWS Cloud Adoption Framework, and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Java, as well as Infrastructure as Code tools like AWS CDK, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project work.
