Senior Product Manager

Backbone is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its innovative technology solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product & Partner Manager to oversee our relationships with third-party suppliers and contribute to building a scalable business.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor KPIs to assess supplier performance and operational efficiency.
- Product Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with operational goals and customer expectations.
- Ops Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and products, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and high quality.
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management and product management, preferably within a relevant industry (E-Commerce), with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Permanent employment contract
- Work from our Berlin office or flexibly from home remotely for up to 4 months from anywhere abroad
