About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Aignostics GmbH. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the product vision and strategy for our AI-based medical software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders
  • Create and drive product roadmaps for prioritized products and services
  • Plan, create, and prioritize product requirements, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, and incorporate them into the product development process
  • Work closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap goals
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements to inform product direction
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital pathology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with product management tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Figma
  • Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards such as Good Clinical Practice (ICH E6) and Medical Devices (ISO 13485)
