Job Title: OT Cyber Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Cyber Security Expert to join our team in Mönchengladbach or Hilchenbach. As a key member of our CoE EA, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our operational technology systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the creation and updating of product-specific design specifications with regard to OT security
  • Develop internal processes to ensure OT security and internal cyber security standards
  • Contribute to the development of global functional and OT security concepts and strategies
  • Participate in the SMS group's OT security Expert Group
  • Coordinate OT security solutions with customers
  • Implement OT security solutions in customer projects
  • Plan and participate in OT security Reviews, Audits, and Assessments
  • Coordinate suppliers for system, hardware, and software development
  • Coordinate and implement in-house training courses/presentations on OT security topics
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in OT security and automation
  • Professional skills in utilizing and developing tools for OT security
  • Knowledge of relevant norms and standards, including IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, etc.
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of perception and systematic working methods
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
