Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of product-specific design specifications with a focus on OT security
  • Contribute to the creation of internal processes and standards for OT security and cyber security
  • Collaborate with the OT security Expert Group to drive global functional and OT security concepts and strategies
  • Coordinate OT security solutions with customers and implement them in customer projects
  • Plan and participate in OT security reviews, audits, and assessments
  • Coordinate suppliers for system, hardware, and software development
  • Develop and deliver in-house training courses on OT security topics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in OT security and automation
  • Proficiency in utilizing and developing tools for OT security
  • Knowledge of relevant norms and standards, including IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, etc.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
