About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Service Technician to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator systems, providing top-notch service to our customers, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevator systems, including mechanical and electrical components
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical)
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
