Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupant Simulation Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for the numerical design of occupant protection for all global legal and rating requirements in frontal and side impacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and development of occupant restraint systems, including airbags and seatbelts
  • Analysis of occupant safety in various crash scenarios
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure vehicle safety meets regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with OpenCV
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
