Our team of experts is currently offering a challenging position as a Technical Clerk - Order Processing Specialist at one of our business partners, a renowned manufacturer of drive technology.

**Your Mission**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team. As a Technical Clerk - Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for compiling and coordinating project data to control the use of budget and resources. You will also advise internal process consultants on equipment solutions for elaborated processes and independently process commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Compilation and coordination of project data to control the use of budget and resources
• Advising internal process consultants on equipment solutions for elaborated processes
• Independent commercial processing of projects by obtaining the required order data, calculating and preparing quotations in coordination with the responsible design and production departments
• Assistance with scheduling and determining the possible delivery date
• Procurement of purchased components, external production parts, and operating materials
• Creation of part numbers and maintenance of master data
• Creation of in-house production orders
• Monitoring order processing for individual orders and tasks
• Export/shipping processing in coordination with the specialist departments, taking into account applicable guidelines on packaging and shipping
• Processing technical inquiries from decentralized locations in the central mailbox with the involvement of the specialist departments from development and the lead plants
• Maintenance and further development of existing standard equipment

**Requirements**

• Technical vocational training/technician
• Experience in the areas of order processing, procurement, and logistics
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP CRM/EWM/MM
• Very good technical understanding and understanding of processes
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Structured and conscientious way of working
• High level of initiative and organizational talent
• Class B driving license
