HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Integrated Logistic Support to join our team in Oberkochen, Germany.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned project manager to lead our Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) projects for optoelectronic systems of military land and air vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all measures to establish the supply capability of networked sensor solutions, representing service issues in the integrated project team, and working closely with the in-service support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ILS projects for optoelectronic systems, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product maturity and obsolescence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Completed technical studies, supplemented by good business management knowledge
  • Many years of experience as a technical project manager
  • Proven expertise in ILS/LSA, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD S-series specifications, and equivalent procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Fluency in German and English
