Job Title: Project Manager Integrated Logistic Support

HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Integrated Logistic Support to join our team in Oberkochen, Germany.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ILS projects for optoelectronic systems of military land and air vehicles, ensuring the supply capability of networked sensor solutions, and representing service issues in the integrated project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ILS projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement logistics support strategies to optimize system availability and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate product maturity risks, working closely with internal and external engineering teams and customers.
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Completed technical studies, supplemented by good business management knowledge.
  • Many years of experience as a technical project manager, with a strong background in ILS and LSA.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
