Power Module Team Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our power module team. The successful candidate will collaborate with product development teams to complete product development and ensure smooth transition to mass production. They will also work closely with mass production process teams to resolve critical process issues, enhance reliability, and increase yield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product development teams in finalizing product development and transferring it to the factory for mass production.
- Collaborate with mass production process teams to identify and resolve major process issues, improve reliability, and increase yield.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in microelectronics, materials engineering, power electronics, mechanical electronics, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in power semiconductor packaging product development or technology research and development.
- Expertise in packaging system design, thermal design, electrical design, and reliability design, with industry-leading capabilities in one area.
- Familiarity with the overall landscape of the semiconductor packaging industry and strong interpersonal relationships within the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of key packaging processes and associated equipment, such as Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Silver/Copper Sintering, Solder Reflow, Molding or Potting, etc.
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
Compensation and Location:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
