Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated EDI specialist to participate in and test our online course, Enhancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in the Workplace.

About the Course

The EDIFY EDU project aims to bridge the skills gap in management education by providing high-level training focused on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The online course offers a comprehensive 20-module EDI program, enhancing your knowledge and skills in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the online course modules and provide constructive feedback on content, structure, and user experience.
  • Participate in interactive activities and discussions to evaluate the course's effectiveness and engagement level.
  • Share insights and suggestions for improving the course to ensure it delivers a high-quality learning experience.
Requirements
  • A strong interest in equity, diversity, and inclusion topics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, detailed feedback.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms.
  • Currently enrolled students or professionals based in Germany with an interest in EDI are encouraged to apply.
