(Senior) Consultant Public Sector Management - Organizational Projects (m/f/d)

Engage with comprehensive inquiries from strategic alignment and reorganization to controlling, financial management, cost accounting, and digital tools, shaping the Public Sector of tomorrow.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise in the Public Sector to advise and support our clients, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Lead projects and programs while managing KPMG project teams.
  • Align the corporate and organizational strategies of our clients with the future challenges facing public administration and enterprises (e.g., demographic change, digitalization).
  • Conduct organizational assessments, design, and implement optimized (IT) processes and organizational structures.
  • Draft innovative solutions for our clients as part of their digital transformation (e.g., decision automation, electronic files, portal solutions).
  • Evaluate technological trends and provide guidance on their implications and usability.
Your Profile
  • As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Public Sector Management - Organizational Projects, you hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Other degrees may be considered with relevant professional experience.
  • You possess at least seven years of professional experience in related tasks.
  • Ideally, you have experience and a solid project history in public administration or a public enterprise, preferably in the area of social insurance.
  • You bring project management and leadership experience in consulting.
  • Your background includes experience with both agile and traditional project methodologies.
