(Senior) Consultant Public Sector - Focus on Defense (m/f/d)

Engage with comprehensive inquiries ranging from strategic alignment and reorganization to controlling, financial management, cost accounting, and digital tools, shaping the defense sector of tomorrow.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to advise and support our clients in the Public Sector with a focus on defense, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Provide strategic and operational consulting to our clients in the defense environment.
  • Advise on projects aimed at holistic alignment and optimization of strategies, organizations, and processes.
  • Engage in strategic consulting, organizational and economic assessments, system and process optimizations, project management, and implementation support.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concepts and the application of innovative technologies and tools, such as the use of artificial intelligence for process automation.
  • Actively participate in the application and establishment of agile methodologies in projects, as well as traditional project and risk management approaches.
  • Assist in the development of communication and change strategies, particularly in the context of large procurement projects.
  • Work independently in various team configurations.
  • Support the acquisition of complex projects and take on leadership responsibilities.
Your Profile
  • You will join us as a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in the Public Sector with a successfully completed degree in political science, public administration, law, business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • You possess at least 4 years of professional experience, ideally within a consulting firm or a company in the defense sector.
  • You have gained relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: strategy consulting, business consulting, procurement, digitalization, process automation, economic analyses, change management, or project management.
  • You enjoy creating sustainable results and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, high customer orientation, and interest in personal development set you apart.
  • Your fluent German and English skills, proficiency in common MS Office applications, and willingness to travel complete your qualifications.
