Market Development Manager - EMEA

At Bio-Techne, we're seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing regional marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regionalization of our product marketing strategy for EMEA, deploying marketing tactics across multiple channels, including print, digital, social, events, and sales channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support marketing strategies that achieve revenue and market adoption targets, focusing on segments that drive demand generation, pipeline health, and new contacts.
  • Participate in regional market development meetings to report marketing performance, gather input, and capture local product and market trends to refine our strategy.
  • Provide regional perspective and conduct customer and sales interviews to gain specific knowledge of local market needs, refining our regional marketing message and sales enablement.
  • Develop effective sales selling tools, technical training, and customer-facing materials in collaboration with product management and regional commercial teams.
  • Nurture relationships with key leaders and partners in the region to foster collaboration.
  • Support marketing budget management, ensuring marketing activities achieve expectations.
  • Own product pricing in the region.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science in a life sciences field or equivalent with good work experience, preferably partially in industry.
  • Masters or PhD preferred.
  • Academic and/or commercial experience in spatial biology essential.
  • Customer-centric with a good working knowledge and experience in marketing, sales, or sales support in technical/scientific products.
