Flat Roofing Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofing Sales Manager to join our team at Georgia-Pacific Gypsum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing sales and be well-versed in flat roofing systems, including single ply and bitumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow share of our industry-leading glassmat faced gypsum panels for flat roofing systems in the territory.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain profitable business relationships with key influencers, including system manufacturers, architects/engineers, roofing contractors, and main contractors.
- Collaborate with various capabilities in a matrixed organization to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Strategic thinker with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Principled entrepreneur and problem solver with strong analytical and economic thinking skills.
- Proactive approach to market with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- Self-disciplined and highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in commercial roofing sales and well-connected within the construction value chain.
