Job Overview

Nagel-Group is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for planning and managing warehouse orders for loading and unloading trucks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage warehouse orders, ensuring timely and efficient loading and unloading of trucks
  • Handle domestic and export orders, including driver processing and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookings and master data in our warehouse management system (SAP-EWM)
  • Develop and implement loading and unloading plans to optimize warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse orders
  • Monitor and control automatic picking processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in logistics or a related field
  • Proficient in MS-Office and SAP or a Transport Management System
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in shifts, including early, late, and night shifts
