IT Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Bohle. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our IT systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Administration: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network management, system infrastructure, server maintenance, software applications, and telecommunications.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and problem analysis for operational issues, including those in international branches.
  • System Optimization: Analyze system requirements and identify areas for optimization to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Security and Compliance: Monitor systems for antivirus, firewall, and security settings to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Install and support telephones, cell phones, and servers, as well as assist users with hardware and software problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed training in IT or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in network or system administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in current IT hardware and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and excellent communication skills in English and German.
