Commercial Finance Business Partner

Bruker BioSpin GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and drive strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assess business performance and results against budget and long-term strategy, identifying areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, using tools such as SAP FI/CO and MS Office.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy.
- Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization within the finance function, ensuring efficient processes and effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Market Insights and Analysis
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategy and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling in an international company.
- German language (min. C1) and English language (min. B2) knowledge.
- SAP FI/CO and MS Office skills.
- Strong numerical skills, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
