About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at AMPEERS ENERGY GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the energy sector, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the energy sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
