We are currently seeking a Trainee in Internal Control to join our Finance Team at our Head Office in Munich for a period of 24 months.
Your Role:
- Enhance and develop internal control protocols and systems to meet both internal and external standards, ensuring clear communication with the sales team.
- Independently plan and execute qualitative and quantitative assessments to ensure compliance with internal, external, and legal standards. Document existing controls and design new measures, including adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and verification of sales to end customers.
- Act as the primary liaison for the sales team in Germany and our headquarters in Paris regarding the execution of internal and external requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Finance or a Legal discipline.
- Initial experience through internships or student employment.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment and evaluation.
- Characterized by teamwork, initiative, precision, and quick understanding.
- Reliable work ethic and a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic international setting.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
- Fluency in German and good command of English are essential.
