Senior Project Manager - Growth

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at DEPT. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing project teams and facilitating collaboration across various disciplines. Your goal is to deliver high-quality work within the allocated time frame and budget, ensuring that the project meets or exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex growth-related projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring they meet client expectations
  • Mentor medior and junior project managers and guide them through their development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Ensure all projects are completed within budget, time frame, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of agency experience as a Project Manager
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Full command of project management methodologies and techniques
  • Knowledge of paid media, SEO, SEA, Data analytics
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide others
