Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our People Transformation & Systems Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will be a structured, well-organised, and strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of People & Culture-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results
  • Partner with global stakeholders to identify and resolve project bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure effective reporting and tracking
  • Build the project infrastructure for teams, fostering clear communication and facilitating collaboration
  • Define project objectives, derive functional requirements, and build the project roadmap together with subject-matter experts
  • Break down complex challenges into pragmatic solutions, enabling informed decision-making and project success
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining the existing project management framework and optimising existing processes to boost efficiency
  • Act as a trusted backup to the team manager, stepping in when needed, while focusing on project execution
Requirements
  • At least five years of relevant experience managing projects and programmes
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies and processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience in managing multiple projects or programmes in parallel
  • Good analytical and communications skills, with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to engage with and influence diverse stakeholders across different functions and cultures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, DASM)
  • Other relevant project management certifications
  • Previous experience in project management focused on supporting People-related areas like Talent, Benefits, People Tech (Workday), or similar
  • Previous experience acting as team lead/coach for a small team
