Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled Finance Head to drive the financial success of our PTI and GSW Germany business units. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial performance of our operations, driving cost control, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team for PTI HQ and GSW Germany, taking financial and commercial responsibility for the entire value creation process.
  • Ensure effective internal controls, policies, and procedures are in place, compliant with IFRS and company policies.
  • Support operational finance administration, including negotiation with external customers.
  • Act as a commercial partner to the Head of PTI/GSW Germany, driving financial performance and cost control.
  • Implement Business Intelligence Tools to drive digitalization in PTI Performance Controlling.
  • Support the establishment of a global CRM system and ensure proper data quality.
  • Drive improvement of overall business performance and develop new business models for scalable business.
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in finance (Bachelor/Master) and at least 5 years of relevant business experience.
  • Strong understanding of project/system and/or consulting business, including underlying business models.
  • Experience in managing and leading international teams and projects.
  • Strong Excel, MS office, reporting, and presentation skills, with experience in BI-tools (SAP/BW, Tableau, Essbase, SAP Business Objects) a plus.
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills in English and German language.
