Job Title: Widebody Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Widebody Programme Manager to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall governance and management of our widebody programmes, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the programme in governance escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Accountable for parts of the programme governance, including decision-making and strategy development
  • Develop and implement programme strategies, including continuous improvement initiatives
  • Allocate and manage budgets for dedicated programme lines
  • Apply agile project management principles to ensure efficient programme delivery
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering, or a comparable field
  • Over two years of experience in configuration management, manufacturing, aircraft construction, aerospace, process improvement, or quality management
  • Good knowledge of change, project, and risk management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High level of autonomy and ability to travel regularly
